For our Colturano (MI) office, we are looking for a resource to join on an INTERNSHIP contract for the role of Customer Service Assistant.

Responsibility :

• You will support the team in customer support activities, handling daily telephone and email requests;

• You will collaborate in resolving issues related to shipping and logistics services;

• You will help monitor deliveries and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;

• You will assist colleagues in managing documentation and entering data into the system.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree

• Knowledge of English. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Accuracy, reliability, punctuality and initiative;

• Ability to problem solve and manage customer relations;

• Real interest in the logistics and transport sector.

We are looking for drivers with a B license or C license + CQC with full-time availability and willing to travel throughout the country.

Responsibility :

• Preparation of the load according to the expected delivery schedule;

• Making deliveries/collections according to the assigned travel schedule;

• Verifying the correct functioning of the vehicle assigned for work purposes and reporting any anomalies to the Fleet Area;

• Unloading the vehicle and returning it at the end of the shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience, particularly in the transport of food products;

• Reliability, punctuality and ability to interact with the customer;

• Flexibility and ability to independently manage travel and loading/unloading operations.

For our Colturano (MI) office, we are urgently seeking a resource to join the administration team to support accounting, active invoicing, and customer and supplier invoicing.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector, who can handle stress.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in economics, technology and/or languages;

• Excellent knowledge of Teamsystem and the main IT tools, Excel in particular;

• Fluent English. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be considered a plus.

Analytical skills, punctuality and precision complete the profile.

We are looking for a warehouse worker for our 4 operational locations.

Responsibility:

• Management of loading and unloading activities;

• Control of incoming and outgoing goods;

• Packing and order preparation;

• Drafting and checking of shipping documentation;

• Other activities required by the role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience in the role. A background in logistics or distribution will be a plus;

• Knowledge of picking and loading and unloading procedures and familiarity with the use of management software;

• Driving licence B and forklift licence;

• Ability to work in dynamic environments with high workloads.
